Hours of wait, no-show, rude, defensive, careless service from the call centre. Only once did I get a lift and the car absolutely stank of cigarette smoke and who-knows-what. We need an ambitious competitor to shake things up here. -- football=me, 2023-02-06 ### *---- "Sloppy App - very poor" Tried to setup the app and a number of serious issues in my opinion 1. No place to see how to open an account if you want to use this feature which I do. I don’t want to sit and have to wait to pay each time. 2. The quick call has no area code so is rejected by an IPhone - not helpful when you are trying to get to use the app 3. My address does not appear when searched which is important because the pickup shown is incorrect so a cab will never reach me. -- Chris Irritated, 2022-04-05 ### *---- "Time to update the app guys" No updates in 2 years! Not worth the download when you can’t trust it even works -- Horachio, 2022-02-02 ### ***** "App works a treat" I read the reviews when downloading the app and thought perhaps it wouldn’t work properly. In contrast, I booked the taxi with no problem, it arrived promptly the next morning (having notified me first that the booking was accepted), I could track it’s progress to my door and the driver confirmed the security code issued. As my credit card details were in the app there was no fumbling to pay on arrival. It was an excellent experience. -- SJCreaner, 2021-11-13 ### **--- "Needs an improvement" The app require a high amount of an update! Please do something! -- KalC9, 2021-05-22 ### *---- "Terrible interface" App has option to select a cab model, but no option to blacklist models. My mother is incapable of getting into a Maxi even with the support steps, and she had to make an actual call in order to have her blacklist noted. -- howisSIGMUNDUStaken, 2021-01-27 ### *---- "Total waste of time" They grab your personal information and leave you hanging. You may as well wait for a pigeon to tell you when your cab might arrive. Not to mention an absolute rubbish UI. -- Review Ren, 2020-12-18 ### *---- "Useless app. Don't bother downloading" Downloaded to book a taxi in advance for a pick-up at train station, was later told over the phone that I'd just have to wait because all the cabs were "busy". -- samwdowning, 2020-08-07 ### *---- "Central Coast Taxis" Excellent -- Nessie2019, 2018-12-15 [View all Central Coast Taxis reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Central Coast Taxis - [TripView](https://apptail.io/app/tripview-Xc/australia) - [NSW National Parks](https://apptail.io/app/nsw-national-parks-syl/australia) - [NSW FuelCheck](https://apptail.io/app/nsw-fuelcheck-tFm/australia) - [Trip Planner - NSW & Sydney](https://apptail.io/app/trip-planner-nsw-sydney-Tqr/australia) - [Silver Service: Chauffeur Taxi](https://apptail.io/app/silver-service-chauffeur-taxi-DvP/australia) - [AnyTrip](https://apptail.io/app/anytrip-IvP/australia) - [Wildwalks](https://apptail.io/app/wildwalks-cFP/australia) - [Rydo](https://apptail.io/app/rydo-Sitb/australia) - [ParkMate (AU)](https://apptail.io/app/parkmate-au-ahpi/australia) - [Fantasea Cruising](https://apptail.io/app/fantasea-cruising-gDpi/australia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
