### *---- "Connecting the Central Hudson thermostat to your smartphone"
Directions do not sufficiently provide information in order to connect your phone to the thermostat! If you don’t need to use the Central Hudson app for your thermostat I would not install it!

### **--- "It’s ok"
The app worked ok at first. My last two times trying to pay my bill through the app it shows an error message. Now I have to call and pay which means pay an extra fee. I don’t know if this is just a trap to pay that extra fee but it is extremely annoying.

I used to love this app and use it every time for my bill payments, but now I can’t even log in. It says an unknown error has occurred every time I try.

### *---- "App not working"
App is not working, iPhone 16 pro max it tells you to update app but app is already up to date so there’s nothing you can do but wait for the fix
