## Centrical Description
About this app
For a company to prosper, employees need to be the center of business success. With that comes the need to help employees improve their performance. And for that to happen, three elements need to be used holistically: advanced gamification; personalized microlearning; and, real-time employee performance management. Uniquely, those are the core of the Centrical real-time employee performance management platform.

Centrical Mobile gives employees at companies using the platform a powerful yet easy-to-use, 24/7 way for them to perform at their best.

The app shows users, in real-time, how they’re doing and what they need to do next to hit their goals. In addition, it presents challenges and that spur them to compete with peers, across teams or individually on learning activities or goal-specific performance.

Centrical Mobile gets and keeps employees focused on the work that needs to be done and, importantly, how to go about it. It uses data from measured work to prompt microlearning that builds proficiency. It utilizes Artificial Intelligence to improve employee engagement, performance as well as microlearning.

Multiple goals, or KPIs, can be assigned to users on a personalized basis. Their attention to and performance on each can be seen by manager and user alike to enhance the automated notifications to help close knowledge and performance gaps, and turn manager-employee catch-ups into coaching sessions.

Centrical gives organizations the actionable insights needed to turn low-performers into strong ones and those on top to consistently outperform. It reduces absenteeism, attrition, and operational costs while boosting productivity, employee, and customer satisfaction, as well as revenue.

About Centrical
Centrical was founded in 2013 with the mission to help large enterprises, across all business sectors boost the performance of their employees. Its platform is used worldwide by tens of thousands of users who improve their proficiency and communications as well as adopt new behaviors daily.

## Centrical Reviews in United States

### **--- "Bugs"
Too many login bugs. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app 1-2x a week, because the homepage is completely blank. No information, no refresh, just absolutely nothing. It also doesn’t prompt for a company login, only asks for “organization code”. If you get this message, get the direct link from your employer and use the browser version of this app. For the 2 days that the app login actually works, it works just fine. it’s just far too many login bugs and inconvenience of uninstalling and reinstalling for this to be worth it. I miss the old CScore app :(
-- Aqd339, 2025-05-01

### ****- "Bug fix?"
It’s cool to be able to have that competitive encouragement against my coworkers, as well as be able to track where I’m at throughout the month with my stats.

However, currently can’t change profile photo
-- Ciaram1st, 2023-03-15

### *---- "Highly unstable"
Every new sprint brings new bugs and breaks down old features.
-- RohanTheOne, 2023-02-09

### ***** "Love it!"
I love that I can learn wherever, check my performance, and send my teammates kudos on to the go.
-- Amanda_2022, 2022-03-09

### *---- "For the love of …."
Will you PLEASE fix this app so I don’t have to delete it and redownload it multiple times a week for work. Terrible…… day3 in a row, delete app and reinstall app
-- Dawgs308, 2021-09-15

### ***** "Makes work more fun!"
The weekly race keeps me motivated to log in daily and complete my tasks to get into first place :)
-- sharonelara, 2021-07-08

### **--- "Please let me stay signed in"
Every time I log in using my company login, I am directed back to the app and then I see the dashboard for maybe 3 seconds. Then it takes me back to the log in screen saying that my session has been ended. I have tried uninstalling and installing but that did not solve the issue. I have also used Wifi and cellular data to try and no difference.
-- StoTiff, 2021-06-11

### *---- "App went downhill"
Constantly freezes, now it won’t load it’s just a white screen. Useless. Now I have to sign in to my work computer just to do this. I’m not the only Armstrong employee this is happening to either. 6 months ago the app was perfect.
-- rarted24, 2021-05-22

### ***** "Better Earth Race"
Using centrical for better earth solar has been incredible!

Very effective and efficient way to track professional and professional progesss.

Gameifying building a better earth, who knew?
-- Mcohn7, 2020-10-10

### ***-- "current version does not work for me"
