-- MikeP0830, 2025-05-28

### ***** "Love it!"
Loving the new app! So easy to use!
-- tmachel, 2025-05-10

### *---- "Don’t like"
App is not as user friendly as previous. Do not like layout or functionality.
-- Jared Sat, 2025-05-02

### **--- "Too much going on"
The old app was simple and to the point. While people will eventually get used to the new app, it is overly complicated and confusing. It also has a lot of bugs as far as connecting accounts, and always wants to put my children’s accounts first. I almost accidentally transfer their money instead of mine all of the time. I also can’t understand why my credit card shows the incorrect amount available all of the time now.
-- RavensWinter, 2025-04-27

### *---- "Loan rejected"
I have a secured loan with your bank. I applied for an emergency unsecured loan and was rejected.once my existing loan is paid off I will be moving my services to a different institution that helped me and really help me live better.
Thanks
-- Teams23, 2025-04-23
