It serves as an alternative single online platform to enable all Local Authorities in Selangor to collaborate and integrate common services to citizens.

### *---- "Poor system feedback during sign in process"
It was my first time riding Smart Selangor Bus and i didn’t know i had to use an app to scan qr code. I just download it and the whole process was rushed bcs the next station was shortly after my boarding. The issue started when i (mistakenly) filled up my email with wrong spelling but the system didnt detect it. The system didnt reject the email. I didn’t realise since i was rushed. I clicked“Register” and no verification code was sent to my email. Only then i realised my email was not spelled correctly. I fixed the spelling and try again but the system says “MyKad has been registered”. 

I would not use passport number instead. Because, i saw a review (from someonethatneeded) said he/she being charged rm90 bcs the system detected he/she as a foreigner. Thats a lot of money. 

Please fix your system feedback for error information. I think its a basic feature in any signup process.

Not even a single signboard at the bus stop that says riders need to download the app and scan the qr on the bus. Then the bus driver rudely told me to read the notice ON THE BUS DOOR as I entered and showed him my IC. At least let people know to download this useless app before boarding the bus.

I feel bad for them to wait for another bus just because they don’t have the app installed. Some of the bus have long waiting times. Why don’t they just pay using tng card like the rapid so that it’s easier?

Tried to sign up but unable to do so as the “Register” button refuses to function. If this is a mandatory app for M’sian’s to install in order to enjoy this free bus facility, kindly look into this. Was explained by the driver, the app allows them to know the number of foreigners or locals using this free bus facility but if we can’t even get this app to do its initial job, then what purpose does this app serves in the first place? Temporary solution to this is to flash the ID for Malaysians and then one will be allowed to get on to the bus for free. Not sure about foreigners at this moment (since the app is not working ) as they’re charged a certain sum for this service via the app before getting onto the bus. Hope the app will be able to do its job for all to benefit from.
