Cephalog logs migraine attacks and nothing else. The fields it offers are the ones a migraine actually has, so an attack gets recorded by tapping what applies instead of typing it into a blank diary.

• Which triggers hurt most, not just which come up most
  Pro shows the average pain level recorded against each trigger across your whole history.

  Set the pain from 0 to 10, note whether you took anything and what it was, and the attack is logged.
