Cerebral’s national network of licensed and credentialed mental health care doctors and therapists offer one-on-one personalized professional mental health care that will get you feeling better. Working directly with your doctors and therapists can help you overcome your anxiety, depression, insomnia, and more, managing your care all in one place. Cerebral’s app allows you to select your treating doctor and/or therapist, schedule your visits, and have a direct one-on-one telehealth visit with your selected healthcare professional.

Here's how it works:
· Take a short online assessment to define your symptoms.
· Choose a plan that best fits your needs and addresses your symptoms.
· Review a panel of doctors and therapists who are licensed and credentialed in your state and available to provide care directly to you
· Choose a healthcare professional who best suits your needs
· Set up regular synchronous tele mental health care video visits or phone chats with your licensed/credentialed mental health care professional and care team

Use the Cerebral app to:
· Participate in your one-on-one telehealth visit through video or phone with your licensed/credentialed mental health care professional on your schedule
· Contact your care team with questions about scheduling, medications & more
· Track medication refills, if clinically indicated and prescribed
· Monitor your progress

I have had nothing but issue after issue with my care team. My therapist is amazing but the “care team” which is their customer service is horrible. I have been paying $210 per month and haven’t had an appointment since 11/10/2024 and I explained I wanted to cancel and would like a refund (because I am paid through December) they said they can’t refund me because there has been activity on my account in December, I asked them to explain that because my last appointment which was in November just before Thanksgiving was cancelled by my therapist because she was sick and I haven’t been able to find a suitable appointment since. So we will see if they decide to scam me out of my $210 or if they decide to do the right thing and refund me but I doubt they will because like all big businesses they only care about money and not people

I’ve been with Cerebral for a couple years now, and I gotta admit that I just am not getting a lot of what I need. I manage alright with just the medications, but they shouldn’t have taken away the therapy portion from the $85 plan. The app also barely works, reminders are non-existent, and as someone with ADHD, that’s a problem. My insurance activates in January, and I’ll be looking for a local provider to move forward with. This app makes proper mental health services nearly inaccessible for lower income people.

I ended you going with this app because of ease of use and cost if that is this reason you are here don’t use it!! You will end up waisting your money and having to spend it elsewhere anyways they can’t provide actual help legally for some reason.

It was okay service I was getting, I felt like it was more scripted therapy if that makes sense rather then directed toward my personal needs. Then they decided to bill me for all of my appointments at once and it was 70 dollars an appointment. Fun stuff. I urge you to find a local person through an actual therapy company who does remote sessions or just try to find an in-person office so you aren’t blind sided with charges.
