• Schedule Management: Providers can view their schedules in a calendar or list format, then interact with their schedules using opportunities, shift swaps, and requests.
• Filters: Providers can use filters to focus on the information that is most important to them.
• Notifications Management: Cerner Staff Manager can alert providers of schedule item updates using sound or vibration. Notification type is dependent on device capability.

### *---- "NEEDS MAJOR OVERHAUL"
As of today’s date 9/17/25 (currently experiencing an issue not being able to see my schedule).  I see three pop up messages at the bottom. I will shorten each message; “Unable to load notifications,” “Unable to load calendar events,” “Unable to load filter details.”  This app has had randomly consistent issues and this is the only way to check our schedule for work. I work for the county. If schedules are posted and we sign up for available and listed OT (opportunities) and need to see if they’re approved this is the only way aside from having to call and talk to someone outside of work hours off the clock. What exactly is being fixed when these updates are done? I tend to see more issues.

The app hasn’t been working this month, it’s not showing my schedule and 90% of the time I get a message “Unable to load calendar events. Please refresh your screen. If the problem persists, contact Cerner Support.” I don’t have a number to call. Also, when I get a request to switch schedules with someone, I get several notifications all at once, although it didn’t do that this week.

This app never works. I have deleted it and reinstalled it so many times. I cannot get my schedule if I am not at work. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Takes so long to load and the user interface is so inconvenient with so many unnecessary features. Just show me a monthly overview and any updates 😭

I usually don’t EVER write reviews but this app is so frustrating. It never opens properly and when it does it takes a long time to “load” to only say there is a server error. A lot of my coworkers also state that they can never open the app either. 

Very frustrating, please fix this.
