Can’t think of a worse app. Good luck getting refunded and when you do, good luck figuring out how to use it. Purposely done to make it impossible to happen. Customer support is also horrible and useless. Ignoring all comms. Dozens of better shopping apps out there. I will NEVER use them again.

My order is not yet delivered, it was mentioned that it will be delivered 3-7 days, now it’s been 10 days and it’s not here, when I reached out to the customer service their response was “to wait few more business days” without even mentioning the expected time !!!, plus if you want to cancel your “under process” order they will charge you for absolutely no good reason. Wouldn’t recommend it at all !!

Sent the wrong size of my order and when i emailed their customer service and returned the item, they responded after how many days but didn’t own up to their mistake. Only got partial refund because of bizarre reasons— quality checks(?) I say, this is stealing from customers!! This just shows how poor their customer service is.

Cettire send a fakes, in addition they send items of poor quality, crumpled in some kind of package.

And when you make a return, they do not refund the full cost, only part of payment. Be careful, I don’t recommend dealing with cettire!

I used this website so many times. However they have extremely bad customer service and they never honor their mistakes. With my last order they charged me express shipping fees of 95 aed, but the shipping was anything but express. It took them more than 3 weeks to dispatch one of my items, after one million email to their customer service, so instead of delivering it within a week time, it was delivered like 4 weeks after. And when I contacted them like you should at least refund the express shipping fees as a compensation for your mistake, they refused and it was it is what it is and we won’t offer you anything, not to mention the lame excuses they were using!!! I am truly shocked with their poor customer service!!
