I’ve been very happy with CEWE website for photo albums, now I did it on the app. I had a scare that it did not ship to the uk. But customer service helped me sort that out.

Excellent quality, easy to create and fast to deliver. Will be using again
Easy to use, but
The app was easy to use, but, despite help from the customer care team, I wasn’t able to figure out how to get my pics in the order I wanted. I just wasn’t getting the options that I apparently should have been getting. If you’re happy with your photos in a random order then it’s fine, but if you want them to tell a story then I can’t recommend it.
Photopbook
Looked at various apps, but this the best in my opinion, particularly being able to add text to the photobook. Really easy to put together.
What a nightmare
Trying a portrait print and won’t work. Gave up and deleted it. Total waste of time. Clunky,slow and painful.
Easy to Use
I found the website simple to use and achieved what I wanted easily.
Rubbish editing tools
Very frustrating editing the photos to fit within the boarders, didn’t end up with the result I wanted but given the frustration it was the best I could do at the time. Next time I’ll go back to another photo book company
Too clunky!
The original software was far better than this with much more choice and functionality. This is not intuitive, I can’t open the photos to see clearly the ones I want and they have to be scrolled from one end to the other. I can’t sort them into an order that works for me. The backgrounds choices are very limited compared to what they used to be. The font choices are limited particularly on the front page. The box handles get in the way and it’s difficult to resize photos. The borders are boring and I can’t select my own choice of colour to work with the background. The back and forward buttons are really close the shuffle button and there are not as many layout choices as before. They used to have mirrored layouts but now I have to do it myself. On the home page it is linked directly to my photos and I don’t want it to. As for the deletion of the last four pages not being able to be undone in case of mistake - agh! Also can’t cut and paste photos if I want to move to another location - I have to add them all again. It takes literally hours. That said, I’ve always had excellent quality books - I just hope it comes out they I think it will!

Why ?
I have been using this app for years and now it has been totally ruined. I make calendars every year, no more adding borders to ones photos No more adding text to photos, Why does a good app have to be ruined by developers, will probably Look elsewhere now as this app is so frustrating now. SHAME,,!,
