## CFEMC Reviews in United States

### *---- "Inefficient"
App does not work at all!
-- ibusway, 2025-05-19

### *---- "Horrible App"
This is a very hard to use app. God be with you if you have to reset your password.
-- xBamaFan81x, 2024-01-11

### *---- "Log in issues"
Cannot log in to use the app!
-- noodloodleoodle, 2023-07-09

### *---- "Notification"
Notification badge problem for 6 months
-- DKaNTr, 2022-06-03

### *---- "App Doesn't Work"
Can't login using this App. Can igive it a zero?
-- Meb-on-web, 2022-03-08

### **--- "Problems logging in and accessing info."
Before this last update, I would have given this app 5 stars, but it is ineffectual now. They took a perfectly usable app and turned it into a dummy app. The only thing you can do now is pay your bill. I can no longer access the info I need, and it leads me in circles. I preferred the old unmodified app much better and found it 100 % more useful.
-- Utterlydonein!, 2022-01-26

### **--- "Transfer Service"
Is there an option to transfer your service online? I try to do it on mac and its telling me I can on app so I downloaded the app.. clicking the transfer/closed but nothing is halpening
-- n3ss_m, 2021-07-24

### **--- "Please allow payments to be scheduled for future"
Please add the feature to schedule a future payment. That will cut down on late payments for you as well.
-- Bluetees, 2020-07-24

### *---- "Can’t report an outage"
Normally it’s not a big deal. But we lose power all of the time. 4 times last month. On our 3rd time this month as I write this. It’s the same problem each time. Just fix it. App is about as good as the service.
-- danny_boy16, 2020-05-25

### **--- "Power outage reporting broken"
When I press to report a power outage, it won’t let me select if my power is out or not. Since I can’t select that, I can’t report an outage.
