Despite the overall “1” rating in the App Store, I pulled this app down and gave it a whirl. Trash. Wifi and bluetooth didn’t properly connect. And no way to bypass the terrible “wifi enable” process in the app when it doesn’t work (not providing any access to anything other than the greeting screen). You need to fix this or take it off the App Store. Reflects VERY poorly on the brand/product!

It is quite an accomplishment to design the absolute most dreadful software I have ever interacted with. How your coolers managed to utilize both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth yet still make it basically impossible to successfully control with a cell phone is a unique goal that this company absolutely dominated. This app is so bad that it’s basically false advertising to pretend this cooler has connectivity functions.

The app doesn’t work ar all, just stuck on the first screen that appears when you open it. IPhone 11 Pro ios 18.1.1

I couldn’t get this app past step 3. I downloaded another Dometic app (Mobile Cooling) & it works as expected with Bluetooth and WiFi. How hard is it to tell customers that?

The Bluetooth app that originally was offered with the CFX3 worked perfectly--then this latest update removed that working app and replaced it with this janky app--that not only doesn't work but also makes no mention of Bluetooth at all and seems to force WiFi. What a mess! But--the Mobile Cooling app works just fine--thankfully!

They have an issue with their app. It won’t connect to either of my coolers. It’s been this way for weeks. They said they were working on it but they don’t have a forecast for when it will be fixed.

Please discontinue it and remove it from the App Store!!! The App does absolutely nothing but frustrate AND give Dometic a bad name! I recommend everyone remove this app from their phone. May just be a hack!

App does not link with cooler even though it shows it linked by WiFi. What a waste. Reviews have been saying this for over a year and Dometic still have not fixed it. I guess they just don’t care.

Should be zero stars

Can’t get past connecting to the WiFi. Won’t give an option to use Bluetooth. This app is garbage. Dometic need to fix it
