Also i have been complaining about the poor network since 1 week and they can’t even solve the problem. The network is still poor, doesn’t work in the mindnight. Just to let you know wveryone doesn’t stay on holiday some works 7 days and even in night with internet. So please improve these things if u want to be better. You have the worst service and worst internet in Nepal. I didn’t mean to be rude but got no choice, i tried to call you but you guys are on holiday and i can only call in 7.30 to 8 smth . What the hell man, u dont even deseve a signe star on the rating.

It’s been a week since my net has no internet connection . We called them 3-5 times a day but still no use . Yesterday I went to office to refund my deposit regarding waiyat service and net . They fixed my net within seconds . WTH? Are we supposed to run to your office every time we have a problem. ? Very disappointing!! NOT RECOMMENDED !
