Losing a customer?
User interface can be improved. Very clunky. Also at this time and age and with so much competition, you should give real-time share price updates during trading hours, especially for US.
Poor app
The old app was at least can recognise Face ID.. this one stopped after few days. Have to delete and reinstall again.. worked for a week and then again Face ID doesn’t appear. Poorly done
Lousiest upgrade. Face recognition doesn’t even function.
Lousy. Don’t know what the developers are doing. Just gets bad to worse

Bring back Face ID and show breakdown of portfolio by cash, cpf and srs

Poor access and layout. Not user friendly.

The trading icon is ignoring and blocking, position is fix and accidentally activates it makes using the apps a bit frustrating!
