We enjoyed her non verbal approach to coaching, seeing her perform the exercises with us and seeing the effects on her face of joy and some discomfort when the weights get heavy or the reps go long, was just inspiring. So much so we both bought this CGX app. We liked the idea of working out with the CGX group at the same time CG releases new content. We enjoy the news and information on health and fitness. I like that I can switch up the music in app to my own , and the CGX app consistently connects when home on WiFi. Downloading for when we vacation like we just did for our cruise helps us stay on track and disciplined. I’m happy with the current update July 2026. It corrected some start up bugs I had on my phone as well as a freeze when connecting to HDMI on our TV. 1.3 years in and I can hardly wait for our next CGX new release this fall. Let’s Go! -- JW+CIA, 2026-07-28 ### ****- "Love CGx" I love this app! Caroline is amazing. My main issue it, and I hope you can address this, is when I get logged out it can take me 10 tries to log in again even if I know it's the right information. And finally it just works. But it makes it tricky. -- Lizard94❤️, 2026-07-08 ### ***** "Love CG" She’s the best -- Thoreal02, 2026-06-26 ### ***** "Exceptional App & Service" Hands down this is the best app for weight lifters and results. Caroline methodically works along with you, so you can watch her form, go at her pace and even watch her struggle. No doubt she’s pushing herself and you can too! Say goodbye to expensive gym memberships and waiting for machines or weights to become available. Make a small investment in weights and a bench and use the time you spend driving to and from the gym to head to your basement and whip out a great workout. Long time fan here because the workouts have transformed my body. Been a supporter since the app launched and I continue to recommend it to friends. Affordable (thank you!) with great and prompt customer service if I need help. Skip the other exercise apps and give Caroline a chance. You will come to see that through grit and determination you can get the physique you’re after, be educated through articles, eat better with terrific recipes and more. It’s all within reach with this high-quality app at your fingertips and in the privacy of your home. Invest in your health and remember: there are no shortcuts. Dig deep. Stay focused. Celebrate milestones. You can do this! -- SpecialK8733, 2026-06-18 ### ***** "Best Trainer Ever!" Caroline is such an incredible inspiration for working out! -- Suzann-y, 2026-05-14 ### ***** "Great app. Love the workouts." Amazing workouts in the easy to use app. I love the format of the workouts and the consistent new content keeps it interesting. -- Maekolet, 2026-03-22 ### **--- "Unreliable" Love it when it works. Half the time it is frozen on the Home Screen. -- Angieo131, 2026-03-10 ### ***** "Saved my Life" Found Caroline on you tube 2019 and thank goodness we were already working together when COVID hit. She is amazing. I love her app!! -- bethyleal, 2026-02-19 ### ***** "Love the App, and Great Support" Been enjoying the app for the last couple years. Recently had some trouble logging in, and the support team was quick to respond with clear steps to try and helpful info that fixed everything. They were great. -- kirsten719, 2026-02-07 ### ***** "The best at home strength training program!" Caroline is the best trainer. I love that she does work out with you to show you exactly the move and the pace. She has multiple programs for all levels of fitness. She’s always coming out with new programs. The app also provides lots of additional fitness content, such as food and nutrition information as well as the science behind overall fitness. This app is great because it will schedule your workouts based on the selected program in a calendar each day of the week. -- mjm_shoppergirl, 2026-02-06 [View all CGX reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## CGX In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Monthly | $12.99 | | Annually | $99.99 | ## CGX Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Grossing | Ireland | Health Fitness | #29 | | Top Grossing | Hungary | Health Fitness | #36 | | Top Grossing | Russia | Health Fitness | #65 | | Top Grossing | Canada | Health Fitness | #69 | | Top Grossing | Romania | Health Fitness | #90 | ## CGX Discovered Keywords -
