我是在2023年7月开的户口，当时候还是网页版积分计算。现在弄上了APP反而退步了，跟客服掰扯他们计算有问题，合理怀疑欺骗消费者，他搁那说：“啊我们这个计算是不包括免费饮料或者不在小程序上面购买的或者其他应用上购买的产品”，我就纳了闷了，我明明是在你现在的APP上面看见的记录，总共十几杯，跟你说把我放的地方不对，客服说没有不对，现在这个记录就是准确的。真的很令人寒心，霸王茶姬。

I opened my account in July 2023, when it was still a web version of integral calculation. Now that it got the APP, it went backwards. I told the customer service that there was something wrong with their calculation, and I was reasonably suspected of cheating consumers. The cs put it aside and said, "Ah, our calculation does not include free drinks or products that were not purchased on mini program or other applications." I was curious. I clearly saw the record on your current APP, totaling more than a dozen cups. I told you that I was put in the wrong calculation. The customer service said that there was nothing wrong, and now this record is accurate. It's really disappointing, chagee.

Ordered many times and I ended up waiting long time. It's fooling your customers into ordering via your app. Sometimes the particular drink is sold out but app is not updated. Luckily the staffs at the chagee stores are helpful. Pls improve your app.
