Thought it was good if CG could switch btw countries. App didn’t work in Malaysia. Wasted half an hour to try to sort it out.

You still have to queue (at least 30 mins) to collect the drink after it is ready while it is sitting on the table counter. If you don’t mind your drink to be diluted then order via the app else order from the counter is faster as there is no need to queue to collect.

Have to wait almost 1 hr at the shop for my drink because I order it on the app. Can’t even allow me to cancel even when the drink is not made. Such a bad experience. Why do you even promote ordering from the app at the store when you can’t fulfill the order. Can’t even allow me to cancel and just order it on ten counter. Please review your user experience. Such a bad experience

Actual waiting time is usually longer than what’s reflected in the app!!

You can add items to cart but it won’t allow you to go into the cart and place your order.

Totally trash and useless apps

You have to wait another 20mins on the spot but apps show order completed

Apple Pay option is missing since iOS 18.1.

When doing the payment it stated transaction failed, ask to do payment one more time after 2nd payment is done it deducted both transaction. Email the company no reply from the company.
