## Chakraview Description
CHAKRAVIEW offers an innovative communication tool between the school bus operators and parents with respect to the movement of the school buses. It uses the latest technology to track the school buses on mobile phones, thus offering an alternative to GPS devices. The platform also offers communication tool between the parent and the bus operator & bus attendant thus reducing the need of hasty phone calls in times of stress, such as a bus breakdown.

CHAKRAVIEW uses a combination of mobile app for parents, mobile app for bus attendants and a mobile app for bus operators to enable this communication tool.

### ***** "Jbcn Parel"
We enjoy in bus and my mumma papa always there for me to pick me up because of this app
-- Kavir s mehta, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Chakraview school bus app"
The screen does not show properly the realtime location of the bus. It hangs a lot most of the time. It seems the bus is stuck at the place of refreshing the screen.Needs to be upgraded. Also the map needs to be updated correctly.
-- aanyag, 2024-10-08

### *---- "Worst app"
This app used by my daughter’s school and every day having issue like to tracking, no tracking available, no bus icon on map, no options to change types as satellite, terrain.
Many time complaints to school and school route it to this app and got call from app management however the caller was very rude no resolution till the day.
As a parent we paid good amounts to school as fees and the school management uses such worst apps to make more profit.
Even this app is falling in 1 star rating however have to give one star to post this review.

### ***** "Excellent service"
I am very satisfied with the service and features it provides. The app has been a game-changer in ensuring the safety and convenience my child's daily commute to school. One of the standout features of the Chakraview app is its live bus tracking functionality. I can easily monitor the location of my child's bus in real-time, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to plan my day accordingly. The app's accurate arrival time predictions have helped me avoid long waits at the bus stop, making the morning routine much smoother.

### *---- "One star only for ur rating pop up window"
One star only for ur rating pop up window bcoz unless i close it, i cant track the bus. Its very annoying
-- Tom cruisemacho, 2024-07-05

### *---- "No sound on notifications"
Earlier app was integrated with SMS for school bus pickup and drop off. Now since app only sends notifications which appears on notification center but there is no sound alerts. Therefore it becomes worthless service to get alerts for pickup and drop off.

### *---- "Pathetic services"
