## Chalk Performance Training Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Needs improvement"
Overall it’s a good app
Please remove the background audio on the exercises!! This is really bad. Having 2-3 alternatives to each exercise would be helpful.
-- alittle01, 2025-01-06

### *---- "Still no Apple Watch support."
This must be a joke considering Ryan Fischer wears an Apple Watch Ultra
-- pedalsmash3r, 2025-01-02

### ***-- "Great Workouts - UI NEEDS work"
Have been using this app for almost a year with great success and have really enjoyed it. However, after a recent update, the ability to create custom workout has been greatly hampered by the UI - creating empty sets and making you unable to delete them. The flexibility of following programs but also creating custom workouts when traveling or not having appropriate equipment was super convenient and I’m sad to see that has become harder. Was 5/5 now 3/5 for me based on that fact.
-- WittleWabbit44, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Scam"
This app is a complete scam. There is no way to cancel your subscription. You have to send a message through the website, not the app.
I did that in August. I didn’t get any notification that my request to cancel was submitted, accepted or processed so I sent a message in the app. I have still have the message and I was told I would receive confirmation.
Instead of receiving confirmation, they just keep billing me.
-- Mr.G73, 2024-11-08

### *---- "Customer service"
Lack of customer service, I have been trying to cancel my subscription since day one and there is still no representative or way to simply cancel it, they only send me messages about why they are charging me and no one tells me where to cancel it once and for all.
-- Leyenda 1, 2024-09-16

### *---- "Impossible to Cancel"
Do yourself a favor and DON’T get this app. There is no way to cancel. At all. I’ve tried to contact to cancel and got told “this is not the channel to cancel”.

Just don’t do it. Bad business practices and against the law to not have an option to cancel.
-- CassiopiaJ, 2024-08-14

### *---- "Arm and a leg to cancel subscription"
I signed up for the 5 days trial but cancelled within 2 days due to injury.

Cancelling is not easy… they make you go to the website and answer a survey, where they try to retain you. When you get to the end, you’re required to then send an email.

After I sent the email confirming my cancelling, they again ask if i want to stay and do a challenge.

The worst part is they charged my card $29.99 after I cancelled. I’m sure this is happening to many if it happened to me.

I’m sure it’s a good product, but I don’t support this type of business. Let folks cancel with one click.

### ***** "Best online program training App"
CHALK is an exceptional performance programming app that is great for all levels. The app’s intuitive design makes navigation easy, while its community workout plans makes your training challenging and fun. Multiple different training plans complete with video demonstrations and detailed instructions, you’ll never run out of variety. I have been with Ryan and CHALK since 2019 and it has completely changed the way I train.
-- CNewsome14, 2024-07-13

### ***** "Great workouts + low cost"
I’ve been using Future for 3 years, and my husband has been trying to get me to join CHALK for months. I joined for the July challenge and I’m sold! I’ve already lost 2.5 pounds in just 3 days! I’ve decided to switch over and can’t wait to see the results after the month is over. The best part is the price—CHALK for a year costs less than one month of Future. Highly recommend!
-- Patricia E K, 2024-07-13

### *---- "No good"
No matter how many times I start a plan it won’t auto update for a scheduled work out. I have to manually go back into the plan, remember what week / day I’m on and select the correct days workout. I’m a busy person and sometimes have to multi task (respond to texts etc) during my “rest” between sets. Every time I do this the app closes out, my sets reset and timers stop, I loose my spot and spend more time messing with the app than working out. I’ll stick to the strong app and make my life easier. Also customer service is a joke, they make it impossible to “cancel at anytime”. Still paying… not using…
