Aren't you tired of waiting at the bus stop for the bus to arrive? Put an end to the waiting with the Chalo app. We've made it extremely easy to live-track your bus so that you know exactly where it is and when it will reach your bus stop.

Track Y‍‍‍our Bus Live
We use GPS devices in city buses and stream their locations live to your screen. With just one tap you can see the exact location of every bus, and know what time it will reach your stop.

Find ‍‍‍‍‍‍Live Arrival Time Of Your Bus
‍‍‍‍‍‍Our real-time proprietary algorithm processes millions of data points to calculate the live arrival time of your bus. All you have to do is tap once on your bus stop to see the live arrival time of your bus, and plan when to leave accordingly

Live Passenger Indicator
With this feature on the Chalo App (in select cities) you can know in advance how crowded your bus is before even boarding it. It helps you take the bus which is less crowded.

Chalo Super Saver
With Chalo Super Saver plans you can now save money on your bus travel. Each plan entitles you to a specific number of trips within its validity period for a much lower cost per trip. (Available in select cities, please check the city list below for feature availability)

Mobile Ticket and Bus Pass
You can buy mobile tickets and bus passes on the Chalo App in participating cities. Now you don't have to wait in long queues at the bus pass counter anymore to buy your pass where this feature is available. After purchasing the ticket or pass on the app, just show it to the conductor on your phone while enjoying a safer and hassle-free travel experience.

I appreciate the app and am enjoying the services, and I plan to continue using them. However, there are significant limitations with customer support and their policies. For instance, if you're unclear about a bus stop location and need to cancel a ride, you won’t receive a refund on your pass. Additionally, customer support is not only slow but also ineffective, offering only chat and email options. This needs to be addressed for a better user experience.

There is only the option scan to pay for who have a pass. But today i seen that conductor camera not working so how i can take a ticket with pass and you have removed the tap to pay option (wifi). Please put the option again tap to pay (wifi) in IOS version.
