Tried logging in many times and keep asking to verify I’m not a robot. Verified so many times and I still not login. Tried to do password reset, the email seems to take forever to come. Standing infront of the cashier trying to login the useless app.. have a face detect login will be more useful than password login

Unable to use Changi Pay in iOS17.0.2.

Unable to scan millionaire chance slip

Changi App Scan QR for Be a Changi millionaire is unable to capture the chance slip paper receipt on the iPhone 15 Pro, unable to focus properly thus resulting in failure to scan QR code. Kindly look into the app and rectify the issue.

Lousy

Keep asking me to verify that I’m not a robot. None stop asking and never allow to sign in. Just want flight info, why make life so difficult for user?

great app with useful features

app is really easy to use, i can search for my flights and all relevant info on the go

Unable to log in after update

Kind of useless app. After the update prompt to log in but waited almost 30minuyes nothing happen. Been trying few times to log in but still the same. What a waste of time app.

Love the integration of different features within one app

Love all easy it is to navigate between different features (iShop, ChangiPay, PlayPass,etc) withon one app for ease of access so I do not have to keep downloading multiple apps :)
