The Chanl Care App provides a direct connection between patient's with a heart or pulmonary condition and the care team at THEIR OWN hospital or clinic. This app integrates with Apple Health, and allows you to share activity and vitals with your care team, if you wish. IMPORTANT: This app can only be used by patients at participating hospitals. Ask your care team if they provide access to the Chanl Care App. ## Chanl Care Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/57/17/51/5717514e-ada7-3602-30dc-cb766e32d69f/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) ## Chanl Care Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 3 (38%) - 4 stars: 1 (13%) - 3 stars: 3 (38%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 1 (13%) ## Chanl Care Reviews in United States ### ***-- "Difficulty logging in data" Like the previous commenter, I have an iPhone 11. The last ten days or so I have had difficulty logging in my exercise data. It lets me log in the pre-exercise details but it doesn’t always offer the post-exercise details. Then when I save it, the pre-exercise details disappear from the app so it appears that there is no exercise information. It totally disappears and all that is left are my vitals. This does not help me to keep track of my overall exercise. I cannot update or reenter the details. It totally disappears. I am working with my provider but thought I would comment here as well. I was able to enter exercise details for today using my iPad rather than my phone. I will continue to use the iPad to see if it resolves the problem. I only gave a three rating. It would be five if it consistently worked. The lower rating is due to the malfunction. -- honeybee4819, 2022-04-29 ### ***-- "Difficult or Not Possible to Edit Past Exercise Entries" Latest version iPhone 11 (v1.3.5 (20200801) L) does not allow to add Exercise Sessions to some, but not all, previous dates. I would like to add Exercise Sessions to about a couple of months back, but can’t do it with this version of code. Does not have Face Login activated, yet.(?) When making entries program stalls. Overall very slow. -- dBrown5, 2020-10-09 [View all Chanl Care reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Chanl Care - [UCSF Eureka Research](https://apptail.io/app/ucsf-eureka-research-qXl/united-states) - [MyInspira](https://apptail.io/app/myinspira-vKR/united-states) - [Strongline](https://apptail.io/app/strongline-OJJb/united-states) - [MyMethodist](https://apptail.io/app/mymethodist-BDQb/united-states) - [DocsInk Connect](https://apptail.io/app/docsink-connect-nySb/united-states) - [JCCSF Fitness Center](https://apptail.io/app/jccsf-fitness-center-sPud/united-states) - [GritX](https://apptail.io/app/gritx-gRVd/united-states) - [Cole Academy](https://apptail.io/app/cole-academy-gnNe/united-states) - [YMCA of Muncie](https://apptail.io/app/ymca-of-muncie-MCPe/united-states) - [RAC Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/rac-rewards-FUhv/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
