### *---- "Awful"

-- BeccaBoo9900, 2025-01-09

### *---- "DOES NOT WORK"
This doesn’t work on any of my devices. It doesn’t work on my phone, tablet, any of my tvs and fire stick. I don’t understand why it’s advertised as a streaming service when all I get is the Simba ad and then nothing. It’s so annoying as I was watching a series and now can’t watch anymore. It has got worse and worse and now doesn’t work at all. Please fix it, it is affecting loads of people on different devices just google and see how many
-- Pdr987, 2025-01-07

### **--- "Too many adds"
20% adds for every programme. He needs to be very patient to watch anything on My5…
-- MBB1012004, 2025-01-06

### *---- "Update suggestion"
Update the app so it plays video.
-- Nnnnnnmickname, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Glitching"
Cutting off every now n then . Un-installed and re-installed , checked my updates , not anything there .. help .. now not working at all . Sort it out guys .
-- FedUpWithThingsNStuff, 2024-12-18

### *---- "My5"
Cannot sign in. The app has crashed
-- Rotigoat, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Your results may vary"
Have had the app for all of about 18 hours, it was fine at first but now it won’t even launch. Opens to the logo, and crashes 3 seconds later. Restarting hasn’t worked, reinstalling has failed. Don’t bother with the web player either as it lacks full screen altogether and constantly bombards you to use the app, which doesn’t work
