My App of choice, with just one thing missing
Just started this recently and I must say I am so impressed by how streamlined and simple it feels yet robust. It has managed to organise my otherwise unwieldy task list. I feel like after a long search I finally found the one app that I will actually use (I have tried and paid for so many apps but nothing stuck)
My only problem is, I missed out on seeing events for the day. I know that in gtd the calendar is a separate entity to make things more manageable. However, to me it makes sense if for example you are planning for a specific day and you see the events for that day as well. I feel like that would be more efficient and less stressful having to go back and forth to your calendar and the app.
To make it less cluttered, I hope we get the option to show or not show events in the daily plan. Or maybe a drop down arrow just to quickly check what you have on that day.
That’s the only thing I’m missing otherwise I’m all in.

I have a lot going on in my business and personal life and sometimes feel that I’m almost ADHD at times. I seem to struggle when it comes down to breaking goals down into manageable tasks. I’ve used all kinds of apps, calendars, organisers, wall planners, written diaries and combinations of the lot, but I have to say this app is a gods send.
Well thought out and well made. Just what I needed, thank you.

After the recent update my lifetime licence does not work!
I have tried to contact the dev using the address supplied and it just fails and sends an email saying not found!
This is a great application for managing my life work projects!!
I have been a heavy user of OmniFocus for years. But became very disillusioned with their pricing policy!
Anyway stumbled upon this app and it does everything I need. And with the web app I am able to admin my tasks while at work !
Also there is cross platform support all for a one off cost per device - this is superb!
Though the app is simple in operation it does everything I actually need. No bells and whistles- it just works very well.
And the support is great, lightning response to my enquire and polite too.

The new premium version is not working with Siri. Is it possible to make any provision of attaching documents to tasks as an improvement to the app?

Poor design, non intuitive
I purchased the premium upgrade and it was a waste of money. Typical of the functionality is that the connection between 'projects' and 'contexts' is completely unexplained and the 'i' (for information?) does not let you return to the programme once you have tapped it - you have to exit the prog and start it again. Very poor design testing. There is no useful help to explain how to use this app - it is too inscrutable. I am still looking for a combination of task list and time manager - this ain't it!
