I have one question if I change my mobile device what I must do do not lose my chat story?

I have my reasons on why is it bad and they are: 1. The app randomly kicks you out of your account for no reason and sometimes deleting it 2. VERY very late responses from the “AI” and dont get me started that “oh this is REAL Ai” 3. The staff are watching your chats like as if they are your parents like wtf? 4. I have to be the 1.000.000th to say this, the filter, like if you wanted it to be family-friendly, at least allow characters that ARE family-friendly and not some sus looking ahh characters with the most inappropriate pfps.

wont let me use the app after it asked for my birthday even though i put my actual age

I opened the app, and it wanted the date of my birthday. I wrote 2000 and it said that it’s incorrect. It deleted my accound! And the number of verify email didn’t come.

Eh..

I love this app although i cant edit my character’s texts anymore nor mine it gives me many inappropriate even though i didnt text sth like this and doesnt let me text other characters and start new chats w them except if i make one.

I love c.ai since June but lately it’s been weird, privacy policy etc. I remember u could kiss with characters but now no no girl don’t even think ab a hug

Its a good app but there’s an issue, i can’t join groups with my friends, when i press on the link of my friends invite, it shows me the c.ai’s app interface, please fix this issue.

i used to LOVE this app, now it's literally destroying itself, what do you mean i got timed out for talking about anime with a bot? It's giving parent punishing their kid. And why is the "edit message" option removed? How will i correct the bots when they get something wrong, or even my own mistake? I can't even hug, HUG, in peace😞
