## ChargEco Reviews in Singapore

### *---- "Poor apps. Can’t top up"
Informed the chargECO some 2 weeks already and no resolution.
-- Leandmin, 2026-07-09

### *---- "Hanging"
Always hang… cannot use.
-- Drferdi, 2026-07-07

### *---- "Unresponsive app"
Unable to add credit. Uninstall and installed, and now unable to sign in.
-- oyebto 86, 2026-07-04

### *---- "App always hangs"
This app hangs all the time. And if the app can’t work, u can’t charge.
Well done.
-- Jin07, 2026-06-21

### ***-- "Default Payment & Card"
Please actually remember the default payment mode and payment card.
-- NimbleThinker, 2026-05-18

### *---- "Terribly buggy app"
Lots of bugs in the app. Keeps having problem remembering passwords and the fields doesn’t register correctly. The autofill does not work at all. Terrible execution.
-- Pikachuuuuuuuuuu12345, 2025-12-27

### *---- "It only has one job"
After signing up, unable to login with error “User not exist”. Unable to charge as guest. Need to key in station ID manually. As far as I can tell, this app doesn’t work at all to get to the point where the user can charge. But it can take your $50 deposit as guest.
-- Paylah user, 2025-12-07

### *---- "Sign in doesnt work"
CANT SIGN IN AS GUEST, DONT GIVE THE OPTION IF IT DOES NOT WORK.
-- meerkatcafe, 2025-05-30

### *---- "PLEASE REFRAIN FROM EVER USING THEIR CHARGERS"
Horrible user interface, EVEN PAYNOW QR CODE was downloaded as PNG. Developer do u even know how to make an APP? Maybe should head back to school to relearn 👍🏻
