I was given an EV for a rental car. This app has inaccurate price info for the charging stations and several of the charging stations listed as “available” at deal shops had cars parked in front of them and were not accessible.

Tried to change password. Keeps failing. Got a new link, says I got new password. But I still can’t sign in. JUST LET ME PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD!!!!

I love it and all I have to do is plug it in. Once you add your card you are golden. If you find free ones like I have it’s even better :)

The iPad app search field floats in the middle of the map instead of aligning to the bottom. No other way to report the problem except submitting a review?

I’m new to the EV stuff, and like most chargers I cannot just pay, I have to play the game of downloading an app and then giving my debit card info away, just to have it not work. I’m standing in front of 5 chargepoint chargers not being used and the map shows nothing near me, even after clearing out filters. The phone tap doesn’t work. Multiple chargers available but I’m stuck and can’t charge because it’s an app only system. So frustrating!

The app is overall really good. However, the My EV list is outdated and station energy charge pricing is confusing.

Did a lot of research. This charger was worth the fair price and lives up to its reviews. Easy to install. I did the direct wire and mounted in a permanent location next to my garage door. Easy to use, cord stays flexible in very cold weather. App is also user friendly. Definitely recommend this purchase.

Nothing like standing in a busy parking lot having to reset a password by email AND once logged in having to re-add my payment method. They should have sent a warning notification indicating that they were logging me out and removing my payment info.
