I returned the powerbank after using it for one hour in one of the 7-11. But the timer did not go off and I called customer service and they said their worker will go check it. They didn’t call me back but then attempted to deduct $198 (only supposed to be $6). I called them again and they told ME to go check CCTV of the 7-11 in order to get the refund. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Charges you daily for the charger if you forget to return. Might as well buy a charger yourself.

I like the convenience of the service but if yo kitty encounter a problem and try reaching out to customer service they will be very rude and reluctant to help. Eventually they hang up the phone

不能只款已用的金額，只可以充值$30或以上金額，感覺不良好。
