App not working

Hello, since few months the app is not working for update reasons which is not possible for me for my ipad system has IOS 12.5.5 version. A small window pops out to download an older version but when I press yes nothing happens. I wish you had not updated the app :( Please advise what to do Thanks

Disconnecting

Dears Since a while we’re facing disconnecting once turned On for only 5 seconds , an email was sent to info@radiocharity couple days ago , today an update was done for the app hoping resolving this problem , no progress yet , same disconnecting Thanks for Radio Charity
