## Charly's Smart Description
Charly's Smart-(e)bikes können ganz einfach per Sharing App, auf Borkum, Juist, Norderney und Wangerooge ausgeliehen werden. Durch den verbauten E-Motor kannst du auch bei Gegenwind eine entspannte Fahrradtour auf deiner Lieblingsinsel machen.

HOW TO Charly's

1. DOWNLOAD UND REGISTRIERUNG 

Nach dem Download der Charly's App wird die kostenlose Registrierung durchgeführt und ein kostenloses Konto für dich eingerichtet.

2. VERIFIZIERUNG 

Nach dem Hinzufügen einer Zahlungsmethode lassen sich auf der Map in der App alle derzeit zur Verfügung stehenden Bikes anzeigen.

3. FAHRT STARTEN

Beim e-Bike angekommen lässt sich die Fahrt durch das Scannen des QR-Codes am e-Bike starten. Das Schloss entriegelt sich bei Betätigung des Buttons "Fahrt starten" automatisch.

Nun kannst Du losfahren!

Finger weg von diesem Laden! Akkus trotz anderer Angabe in der App leer. Austausch des Fahrrads, anders als in der App angegeben, nur gegen erneute Leihgebühr von 19,99€ möglich. Nach Pause ließ sich Schloss nicht mehr öffnen, Ausleihzeit lief auch nach unserer Abreise weiter.
Keinerlei Support. Keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit. Keine Rückmeldung auf Mails und Nachrichten auf AB. Keine Ansprechpartner auf Wangerooge.
Es gibt zahlreiche Fahrradvermieter vor Ort, mit denen wir nach diesem Reinfall positive Erfahrung gemacht haben.

### **--- "Bike und App in Ordnung, bezahlen ist eine Frechheit"
Das Rad war voll OK, die App hat alles gut erkannt und funktioniert.
Allerdings konnte ich (vorgeschlagene) 19,50€ aufladen, obwohl das Rad dann 19,99€ gekostet hat. Kleinste Einheit zum nachladen 10€….
Das ist doch Absicht und nicht OK.
Habe also letztlich 30€ für einen Tag bezahlt, und habe noch 10€ Guthaben, mal sehen wie lang…
Auch ein Stunden- oder Halbtagespreis wäre wünschenswert und ließe uns das Rad auf Wangerooge häufiger nutzen.

### *---- "Anzeige Akkuleistung total unzuverlässig"
Fahrt auf Wangerooge mit E-Bike.  Akkuanzeige bei Start bei 8km. Stop nach drei Kilometern am Westende der Insel. Akkuanzeige immernoch bei 8km Restleistung und im grünen Bereich. Bis hierhin fährt das E-bike eher wie ein E-Scooter. Die Pedalen müssen sich nur im Freilauf bewegen und der Motor gibt Vollgas. 
Bei Weiterfahrt zeigt die App die restliche Akkuleistung mit 4km an und der Motor stottert nur noch. Bei Gegenwind und einem E-Bike-mäßigem Eigengewicht ist das kein Spaß. Nach zwei km ist Schluss und der Motor gibt den Geist auf. 
Was ich nicht rausgefunden habe: wie kann der Akku gelangen werden? In den Parkzonen keine Lademöglichkeit gefunden. Ich kann nur die Fahrt beenden und meine fast 20€ bezahlen um anschließend eine neue Fahrt mit neuem Fahrrad und geladenem Akku für neue 20€ zu blechen, obwohl die gebuchten 24 Stunden gar nicht abgelaufen sind?!

Keine SMS mit Bestätigung erhalten, keine Erreichbarkeit des Serviceteams per Telefon sowie auch keine Rückmeldung auf diesbezügliche Anfragen bekommen, weder über mail noch über deren „Anrufbeantworter“.

Fahrrad war defekt und konnte nicht getauscht werden! Support nur per Email erreichbar, kein telefonischer Service. Bringt mir als tagestourist auf Wangerooge leider nichts. Und zum krönenden Abschluss wurde die Kreditkarte noch doppelt belastet.

App läuft flüssig, die Preise sind fair und der Support ist der Wahnsinn! Uns wurde an einem Samstag Nachmittag innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf unsere Anfrage per Mail geantwortet. Wir würden die Räder immer wieder mieten!

Es kommt immer die Meldung, dass eine Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert werden kann, da eine Authentifizierung notwendig ist. 2FA ist mittlerweile Standard. 3 Kreditkarten abgelehnt. Wer kein Geld verdienen will :-D
