## Charter Oak Federal CU Reviews in United States

### **--- "Search feature is unusable"
Works if you want to scroll through all your transactions instead of searching for them. Useless app.
-- si_sugawara, 2024-10-17

### *---- "Over it"
Since Downloading the new updated app it has either crashed, won’t let me yea get money or error out when I log in . I’m so over this
-- slysob, 2024-10-02

### *---- "bad app"
actually so sick of how often this app fails. it’s either constantly logging me out or it simply won’t open. that’s so dangerous and should be illegal quite frankly. this isn’t your money. this is the people’s money and they should have constant access to their own money. this is why i don’t trust banks. banks are what caused the great depression. i do not trust yall with my money at this point.
-- jungoosaurs, 2024-07-21

### ***** "No issues with bank just the app"
The app is literally terrible. It has issues opening/ loading more than it works properly… makes me want to give up my account here since I can never check my balance and pay my bills!
-- rachwest4, 2024-07-16

### *---- "App is consistently down."
For the last few weeks the app randomly doesn’t work. I am going to have to switch to a more reliable bank.
-- XMattX1, 2024-07-10

### *---- "Consistently Down"
This site is down far too often and after the hack this past summer I am constantly concerned about my account security.
-- Sub Greg, 2024-02-25

### ***-- "Sites not loading"
Making me think the bank got hacked again!
-- Greg Rose12, 2024-01-20

### *---- "App doesn’t load"
Since the last update, the app hasn’t been working properly. It takes a long time to load and then tells me that I timed out. Please fix this issue.
-- Fix-app, 2023-12-13

### ***-- "Great when working"
This app is great for all my needs, but when there is a pop up that comes up when the app is opened (maybe letting us know there will be maintenance coming up or maybe new features?), it will not load and all I get is a white screen and cannot access the app at all. It has been happening more frequently lately.
-- Big Wood, 2023-11-28

### *---- "New customer and cannot access"
This app asks to connect to your local network and then times itself out. Please fix. 9/15/23 to 9/16/23
-- Tomcodgurl, 2023-09-16
