I was a very old customer of Chase Up Stores.. but the online experience was terrible I ordered twice, but both times the item was missing, when I complained they flatly rejected my complaint.. Customer service was pathetic they didn't even know how to handle a complaint.. Boycott Chaseup from me from now on, never buy from them again. Cheaters

Dear team Chaseup It’s my second experience for online shopping from greatest grocery huge and one of the famous and name of verity store successfully. I request you that please improve your Chaseup App stability with selected orders stability. Furthermore when I was want to going for multiple selections of items after some items were selected app was close repeatedly automatically in several times of attempting. Regard Best Wishes.
Third class quality of rice !! And charged 670 rupees extra in service tax !!! Hated it !!!
Please solve this problem as soon as possible When I download it my iPhone 5s and open this app but all inventory is showing blank 🤷♂️☹️
