The best and so helpful
Turn on and off voice
Lets say that the voice is turned off and you decide to turn it on instantly at the moment it is not possible. You should be able to switch on and off during the same transaction seamlessly and not have to start allover again. I use it when listening to a command for a text to be prepared and there are times that another person enters the office and i dont want to share that info so i want to change it to mute instantly
Fits my needs
This app has been fundamental in a lot of minor pursuits. I’ve been following and suits my needs perfectly. And where it is lacking, which isn’t in many places it has other services that can fill in the holes. Very impressed.
Not very good
This message: “Genie is experiencing high traffic at the moment. There may be a delay in receiving responses or temporary interruption in message delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.” shows up too many times and it has been like that for the past 24 hr, and that is with the paid version of the app. Maybe not ready yet for prime time.

Stole my money
I got the annual membership. I decided not to continue due to get becoming slow when I ask questions. The annual membership wasn’t going to end until March 2025. However since I canceled it earlier, I lost access to it. Don’t use this app unless you want to lose money
