So this app should be taken off -- Awesome elegant, 2025-04-10 ### *---- "Terrible app" Such a bad app. It logged me out and now I can’t log back in. It keeps saying error. Can’t reset password…nothing. Can’t access my account balance anymore. -- Tccalgary, 2025-02-02 ### *---- "App seems outdated" Forgot password is not even working -- Rigelneryus, 2025-01-14 ### *---- "Buggy" It should let a user reload their card and use at checkout. Having to reorder to use the reloaded card is ridiculous - not to mention the slow processing time of the interface. -- Reviewer Zeus, 2024-05-17 ### ***-- "Bug" It’s functional, but doesn’t work well with iPhone 15 pro. The bottom part of app doesn’t show. -- Whytrunhn, 2023-11-19 ### *---- "DO NOT BOTHER" Don’t bother getting this app. If you need assistance in any way, you will not get it. I have tried contacting chatime AB many many times for assistance and NEVER received a single response. I’m convinced no one works there. -- tessaceto, 2022-07-24 ### *---- "Unable to verify acct" Text with verification code never received after multiple attempts and confirming phone number is correct. This renders the app useless as I cannot login to place an order. -- mquincey, 2021-08-20 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Won’t send me a verification code -- ghtscbjibvde, 2020-04-15 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Can’t order online -- Ppxxppxx, 2020-04-14 ### **--- "Rewards are nice, app needs work" This app definitely needs a makeover. It loads poorly. When it starts the chatime logo is cut off, moved off the screen. When you try to order online, the app completely freezes and you have to close it to open it again. No instructions on how to use the app whatsoever and half the menu options don’t work or useless. I dislike using this app but I only use it to collect the rewards which are better than nothing! I go to chatime frequently so this can be rewarding. It wasn’t heavily promoted anywhere and a friend told me about it. It was even hard finding the right app to download! Nothing on their websites. They definitely need a tech remake. -- Arakumaru, 2019-02-01 [View all Chatime AB reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Chatime AB - [Lotto Spot!](https://apptail.io/app/lotto-spot-dNe/canada) - [My Benefits](https://apptail.io/app/my-benefits-nRh/canada) - [SCENE+](https://apptail.io/app/scene-fol/canada) - [Rogers Xfinity Stream](https://apptail.io/app/rogers-xfinity-stream-qen/canada) - [Cineplex Entertainment](https://apptail.io/app/cineplex-entertainment-iHKb/canada) - [CosmoGO](https://apptail.io/app/cosmogo-AHKb/canada) - [Lotto Max](https://apptail.io/app/lotto-max-pXKb/canada) - [Broadway Across Canada](https://apptail.io/app/broadway-across-canada-UIHi/canada) - [Calgary Stampede](https://apptail.io/app/calgary-stampede-cFQm/canada) - [Golden Skybridge](https://apptail.io/app/golden-skybridge-dipv/canada) ## Chatime AB Available In - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/canada) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/australia) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/indonesia) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/azerbaijan) - [Bahrain](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/bahrain) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/belarus) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/colombia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/germany) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/ecuador) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/france) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/united-kingdom) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/hong-kong) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/israel) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/japan) - [Cambodia](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/cambodia) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/lithuania) - [Madagascar](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/madagascar) - [Mauritius](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/mauritius) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/malaysia) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/philippines) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/portugal) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/russia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/thailand) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/united-states) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/united-arab-emirates) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/vietnam) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/argentina) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/chatime-ab-rJHi/austria) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
