J’ai payer pour un abonnement hebdomadaire, j’avais accès à l’application prenium jusqu’au 12 juin nous sommes le 9 juin et j’y ai toujours pas accès. On m’a pourtant débité dans mon compte bancaire. Je ne recommande pas c’est du vol.

I was trying to cancel the subscription during trial period. But there is nowhere under setting that I could cancel. So I sent an message through their “contact us” but no one got back to me. And today I saw the email, they charged weekly subscription fee anyways.
