I am still waiting for feedback with regards to my order. This forces one to buy more expensive items & get “less value for money”. Deliveries are, however, usually quick & drivers are efficient. The App doesn’t allow one to comment on an incorrect item of alcohol or request a refund. You are expected to return it to the store 😩. That is impractical & defeats the object of home delivery! Respectfully, there should be an option to choose another Checkers store, of which there are two close by, as it’s frustrating always being confronted by “Out of Stock” notices.
