Have tried to request a cash out with a balance close to £100 and received a generic email that I have “breached their terms” - with a list of generic terms which I know I haven’t breached. Very disappointed after having used the app for years, have repeatedly recommended it to friends/family because of how much I saved. There are several Trust Pilot reviews stating the same issue. The email noted that I can attempt a cash out again for payment next week, I have done this and will update my review/rating accordingly if that is successful. So now it looks like we don’t get any free items to test or good discounts because of this, we use to get £10 daily wins but have not won any for years now, so if anyone joins make sure you do reviews or they won’t accept any loyalty and remove you so after setting up account for Asda Tesco, Morrison they longer exist, very poor as did do nearly all reviews but due to hospital visits forgot one review as far as I could see. They said might get back in time but will have to wait on a list for it?.
