I was on holiday and bought an Air b n B gift card. Went to book my accommodation and they wouldn’t allow me due to fears of a ‘party’. I might only be 33 but my party days are truly over! I was stranded in France and had to rebook using a different site. Spending twice the money!! I reached out to cheddar to inform them of what Air b n B had done. This complaint was then picked up by the owner of cheddar who personal called me to advise this wasn’t good enough. He took the time to speak to me as a human being and promised me he would personally help me. He went on a journey for around 2 months and fought my corner relentlessly. Yesterday cheddar moved me my money back. I honestly cannot recommend this company more. The owner went above and beyond and trust restored my faith in humanity.
