Chefaa medicine ordering app provides two ways to order medicine:
- Scan /upload your prescription or medicine bottle/box picture, then upload it and request the medicine (altibbi).
- You can search for your medicine ( dawaya ) databases in Shifa store, then add it to the shopping cart and confirm the order.
In few minutes, you will get notified of your order status & estimated time of delivery based on its availability in pharmacies within your vicinity.
2. Order care products and medical supplies online
You can order non-medicinal products e.g: skin care products, baby products, hair and nail care products online through Chefaa egypt / saudi app, in two ways:
- Upload the picture of the product you want to shefaa application, then confirm the order.

اسوأ تطبيق أدوية في مصر
دفعت فيزا و بعد ساعتين جه مندوب بلطجي شكله واخد بشله في وشه بيقولي هات فلوس كاش أنا مخدتش فلوس فيزا. قعد يزق الباب و يعلي صوته قمة في السفالة و قلة الأدب .. طلبت النجدة طلع يجري .. خدمة عملاء اسوأ من السوء.

تطبيق فاشل بكل المقاييس والادوية مخزونه وصلاحيتها قريبة جدا جدا ولما تواصلت مع الدعم بلغوني انه في فترة ٦ شهور سماح بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية ويمكنني استخدام الدواء خلال هذه المدة لا انصح بالشراء من خلاله

الابلكشين كويس لكن التوصيل بطيء وفيه حاجات كتير مش متوفرة، اخر اوردر دلوقتي طالباه من ساعتين ونص والمندوب اتصل يقولي لسه ف المعادي وهيعدي ع الحدايق وقدامه وقت، وانا كنت محتاجة العلاج ضروري واخروني لبعد نص الليل ع الفاضي
