The meals are really great! I wish we could leave ingredients out like I have so much garlic in my house right now. And I’ve had a few issues of the box being damaged but I think that may be due to delivery drivers

Horrible experience

I saw the ad and the promo code and decided to try this app because I have been cooking the same things for weeks. I decided to give my family a treat on Valentine’s Day, and I texted the support on the application to make sure they didn’t let me down. The package was supposed to be delivered Valentine’s Day but it wasn’t and they gave me a promo code that only required me to pay more. So I was embarrassed in front of my family, which was a terrible feeling. They did nothing to make this up to me and I asked them to deactivate my account. I can’t use

I’d give them a zero if a could. They’re crooks.

Great plans terrible app

The app is terribly designed if you have an issue and wanna talk with someone to fix it, good luck, you can only pick select options as what you need help with and none of the options offer to actually talk to a person so if your issue is not common you can’t do anything about it

Poor menu, challenging to cancel the subscription, fake deactivation guidelines

They ask for your card before showing the menu. Even though you get “free meals” you will still have to pay unlike in hello fresh Unfortunately I could not pick anything from their menu, it’s very poor and have most of dishes being without any meat inside even though the plan is saying meat+vegetables. Any good option that has meat is for extra pay) Also, I can not cancel the delivery. This is non sense. Hellofresh had that option, and this is a complete scam to force people pay for that quality/variety food Also, their FAQ shares the guidance on how to cancel the subscription, but it is all fake, as there is not deactivate link on their website. Don’t use it! It’s scam

Difficult to cancel service.

Can’t cancel through their app. Once you’re on the website they ask you 4x if you’re sure. They change the colours of the buttons hoping you misclick and start the process over. Why? Who is going to misclick and say “hey you know what, these dishonest scum bags deserve more of my money I am so thankful they tricked me into staying”. Was originally going to cancel temporarily. Now it’s forever. I look forward to your business failing.

App update

New app update sucks. So complicated to change meals now. Will be deactivating

DO NOT SIGN UP

App updates causing skips to not be acknowledged or removed but then they process the delivery, charge you, and refuse to refund citing their morals on food waste. What about the immorality of stealing from your clients??

HORRIBLE

took my money without my consent bc i signed up using my paypal and now i’m paying for a box i don’t want and it took forever to cancel subscription that i never wanted.
