Fantastic service, but here's why. Choose between Terry White, Priceline Blooms, and Chemist Warehouse for the same prescription. $115–125. As you can imagine, I was shocked to receive a $180 invoice. 60% more because you only need to tap your phone. Who has the authority to raise prices to that extent in any Australian industry? Wake up quickly, please. prior to your business closing. Dream elsewhere dreamer’s.
The app simply will not work. Just sits on the loading screen until it crashes. Cannot call anyone for support as you are automatically hung up on. Even the AI chat on the website won’t work.
I really needed my medication for same or next day delivery. I got charged TWICE before their buggy system would send out my script to be filled and to top it off, inexplicably, I now have to 5-7 DAYS for medication I really need to have by tomorrow. The chat bot is no help, I can’t get through on their phone number and a human has yet to respond to my email or txt…I’m pretty much done with this BS.
Home delivery prescriptions is a game-changer for me and my fam. Fast live support a bonus especially for my mother-in-law who now uses it all the time. Area for improvement would be … to be able to order a bigger range of chemist products
But most of the time there is no way to go to checkout to complete your order. Have switched to another app that works for now, but would like to come back to this one as I like other features like script tracking.

I’ve stayed in 2 different destinations where Chemist2U does not deliver! What’s the point in this if the only destinations you deliver to is next to the local pharmacy’s anyway! Uninstalled
Very expensive service fees, and impossible to cancel orders without going through customer service etc.
All praise! With a sick child at home I was unable to get out to grab some flu/fever meds. Items were delivered super quick and transaction was straightforward. Thanks!
Can add profile for script . done numerous times and it won’t save
