We had a great day today, we used our local residential tickets, it was a last minute decision and only booked last night. We came by bus it was so easy. The park wasn’t too busy so waited on average 15-20m for rides. It felt very relaxed today. Shout out to a lady called Shannon who assisted at the Coffee Hut, very helpful and kind. Bad point - toilets in the dragon land by humanity were dirty, no soap and hand dryers didn’t work. 
Otherwise we had a great family day out. Thank you

### ***** "Very useful app!"
The app is so useful for a trip to CWOA - it gives you the queue times and a map to guide you around the park. You can also add children’s heights into the app so it will immediately tell you if a ride is suitable or not for each child. Highly recommended if you’re going.

Generally on a beautiful day most people were in good spirits but that couldn’t quite quell the downsides of the day. From extortionately priced average food, inaccurate waiting times I. E, despite times being displayed on one particular ride as 60 mins took nearly double as the ratio of fast track ticket holders to general users wasn’t shared evenly. Toilets missing toilet rolls and having to borrow from other cubicles. A couple of bins right next to queuing area smelled bad and needing emptying. Quality dipped a bit since last visit but at least kids left with a smile.

Chessington is an amazing place. Its bot only based on bug rollercoaster or small rides, its a mix between them. My family comes her like at least 3 times in the summer holidays since its so good. We spend all our time there and make use of all the rides there are to go on. I personally think that its one of the best family parks out there. Its a fabulous place and one of my families favourite park to go to. I went today and it was quite busy but we still had a blast! Book your visit this holiday to experience the best experience of your life!!

Lovely family friendly theme park.
it has a great selection of rides for all ages from thrilling rides like vampire and the new mandrill mayhem to smaller rides like the gruffalo and the room on the broom experience. 
Chessington also has hotels and a soon to be water park. 
Another thing is that it has an amazing zoo as well.

This was the best day of my life! I had the most amazing time at Chessington world of adventures! I would 100% recommend this theme park. This is definitely one of the best I have ever been to. I would recommend pre-booking the jumanji ride but it is 100% worth it. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful with directions. The app is also really helpful to know the waiting time for queues and how far away the rides are. It has a range of rides from the ones for the little ones and some for the slightly more brave older children ranging from the carousel to the vampire. You should definitely book tickets at this theme park

Everything was so much fun and we had such an amazing weather in Saturday 16.09.2023, unfortunately the sad thing was regarding unlimited digital photo .. I’ve choose the option for £20 unlimited digital photo, and I end up just with 3 pictures as in most of the rides staff couldn’t upload and they kept saying it’s not working. Room on the broom, zufari and a few more weren’t available because the staff haven’t got a clue what to do ..

All in all a good, fun day, plenty to do, if not too much as certainly couldn’t do everything in one visit. On the negative…
Bought a digital photo pass but on one ride the camera stopped working, on another the booth wasn’t open, so ended up with 2 photos for £20. 
The toilets were disgusting and apparently they are checked regularly.
Not much choice for gluten free diners. 
Wait times on the app were completely wrong!

Overall our visit was great. Wait times weren’t too bad and we had an enjoyable visit. Plenty of food and drink options. 
Toilets were absolutely disgusting though and the stench of each toilet facility was horrendous. Not pleasant. Really should be sorted.
