Lovely day but very expensive food and drink When you have a family of five makes it a very expensive day.

The defence day was AMAZING!

It’s amazing 1000000/100000 especially the new Jumanji rides🐆🪨

Beauty

Lovely family friendly theme park. it has a great selection of rides for all ages from thrilling rides like vampire and the new mandrill mayhem to smaller rides like the gruffalo and the room on the broom experience. Chessington also has hotels and a soon to be water park. Another thing is that it has an amazing zoo as well.

Not good for planning

It’s a useful app to find your way around but it doesn’t show what’s open/closed especially food outlets.

Amazing experience

This was the best day of my life! I had the most amazing time at Chessington world of adventures! I would 100% recommend this theme park. This is definitely one of the best I have ever been to. I would recommend pre-booking the jumanji ride but it is 100% worth it. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful with directions. The app is also really helpful to know the waiting time for queues and how far away the rides are. It has a range of rides from the ones for the little ones and some for the slightly more brave older children ranging from the carousel to the vampire. You should definitely book tickets at this theme park

Unprofessional staff regarding digital photos

Everything was so much fun and we had such an amazing weather in Saturday 16.09.2023, unfortunately the sad thing was regarding unlimited digital photo .. I’ve choose the option for £20 unlimited digital photo, and I end up just with 3 pictures as in most of the rides staff couldn’t upload and they kept saying it’s not working. Room on the broom, zufari and a few more weren’t available because the staff haven’t got a clue what to do .. Except this was amazing💜

Fun but could have been better

All in all a good, fun day, plenty to do, if not too much as certainly couldn’t do everything in one visit. On the negative… Bought a digital photo pass but on one ride the camera stopped working, on another the booth wasn’t open, so ended up with 2 photos for £20. The toilets were disgusting and apparently they are checked regularly. Not much choice for gluten free diners. Wait times on the app were completely wrong!
