Il vous suffit de suivre les exercices d'entraînement du torse du Jour 1 au Jour 30.

L'application est intégrée à HealthKit, vous permettant de retrouver vos données de calories brûlées dans l'application Santé. Activez l'option "Apple Health" pour synchroniser vos calories brûlées avec Apple Health.

Fonctionnalités :
- Seulement 10 à 20 minutes d'entraînements complets du torse. Incroyable programme d'entraînement de 30 jours avec votre propre coach personnel.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
