## Chic Sketch Reviews in United States

### **--- "Quality and customer service recently"
I have been using this app for years.
Recently the response to emails/instagram contact has been none to days at a time. Drawings take days and are poor quality when received. I don’t know if this app was just not lucrative for them and it’s been neglected but it’s been disappointing.
-- Meghan Reese, 2024-01-26

### *---- "Deceptive"
I don’t understand why this product already costs 14.99 to use, but to top it off, you have to wait to get the product. If you don’t want to wait, you have to pay an additional 4.99. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. To top it off, they say that there’s no refund. However, you don’t find out that you have to wait; until, you have already paid.
Update: In reference to your response, there should’ve been something clearly stated about it not being instant, and it should’ve been very visible. I wouldn’t have minded it if it were a filter. It sounds as if you’re being condescending, but please know this, I no longer want the product because I didn’t get it when I needed it. It has been a couple of days, and I still don’t have it, so all I want is a refund. Thanks in advance!!

### ***** "Love this app!"
Chic Sketch has provided many unique and memorable gifts for my family and friends. I love the app and will continue to use it! Also, excellent customer service !

### ***** "Best app"
The live time-lapse of my sketch was awesome. The end product was amazing and the whole process was so much fun.
-- Ulana Solovev, 2019-08-26

### ***** "Thanks"
I had some problems with the app at first but Chic's customer service was super helpful in helping me place an order.
-- Davydov Klara, 2019-08-26

### ***** "Worth the money"
Though it is easy to click and send pics, they only allow 4 people in one photo at a time. I guess this makes sense as it takes longer but I ended up doing two sketches, each with 3 people. Not bad for $9.99
-- Анатолий Дроздов, 2019-08-24

### ***** "Good one!"
I can see what other people are doing on the app which allows me to stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and accordingly get my sketches done.
-- Игорь Самойлов, 2019-08-24

### ***** "Sketches are great!"
Really cool sketches! I have so much fun sharing it with my friends on social media. They love it!
-- Татьяна Мельников, 2019-08-23

### ***** "It's unique"
Thanks to Chic Sketch, I am starting to gain more likes on IG as people are really loving my sketches!
-- Денис_Карпов, 2019-08-23

### ***** "App is a bit expensive"
The price is worth it for $9.99, great hand made sketches.
-- Jeff_Richardson, 2019-08-08
