Simply put, you can watch your tax-dollars work for you. Chicago Works is a mobile application developed by 2pensmedia and Ald. Ameya Pawar. The first version of the app came out while Ameya ran for alderman. Chicago Works was the first service request app developed in Chicago. After the election, 2pensmedia and Ameya worked with the Mayor’s office and fellow alderman to develop a more robust app that plugs into the Open311 framework. "Very helpful - Helped me track down the correct path for service request follow-ups and gave me a good overview potential help areas within City departments. 2pens also was quick to respond to a technical question." - Kevin Black "Finally someone who took the initiative to create a system to submit requests right from my phone. Simple yet very nice looking interface. Great work!!" - Dimitri By saving your info in the Citizen Information page you agree to Chicago Works Privacy Policy. So I requested that it be removed. There was not a branch removal option, but a tree removal option, so I requested under that option which indicated that it was up to 56 days for a “Tree Removal”. I didn't think it would be reviewed quickly and it was. The next day the large branch was removed. -- salad dude, 2023-07-10 ### *---- "Not user friendly" Reports never submit. No search bar have to scroll through options that are not what I need. Was looking to report a slumlord but they never received any of the complaints I made so they are still taking advantage of ppl. -- Queen-Bih, 2022-07-07 ### *---- "Fake app - search for CHI311" This is a fake app. Search instead for CHI311 -- SS Chi Guy, 2022-01-24 ### *---- "BAD APP" SIMPLE IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL, CANNOT REPORT ANYTHING IT DOES NOT LOAD!! -- :3 anonimus, 2021-12-12 ### *---- "Never Loads" App opens, but when clicking “Submit Report” a box that says “Loading Services…” appears and stays indefinitely. Impossible to submit a report with the app. -- RelativeOptics, 2021-12-04 ### *---- "Do not use this App use CHI311" This is the old app and it no longer works . The new app is called CHI311 -- Rosie342, 2020-10-03 ### ***** "Great app" I dont know what the other person is complaining about. App works great. If you get a hang up just uninstall and reinstall -- Boston Evers, 2020-07-16 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Whenever I try to make a report, the page won’t even load. It just keeps going in circles saying “loading” and never loads. For an app called Chicago Works, it doesn’t work very well. -- hustlababy09, 2020-06-25 ### *---- "Can’t submit report" App not working needs to be fixed -- Jguz28, 2020-02-11 ### *---- "Great idea but no longer functional." This app used to be great and I was able to submit reports with ease. However, now I can no longer submit and it’s incredibly buggy to the point of being barely working. As the last update was for iOS 10 two years ago, I’m guessing this project was abandoned. It’s a shame to live in a great city like Chicago that doesn’t care enough to provide its citizens with a 21st-century solution to reporting problems they experience. -- wjthornberry, 2020-01-24 [View all Chicago Works 311 reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Chicago Works 311 In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Ad Removal | $1.99 | ## Chicago Works 311 Discovered Keywords - chi311 ## Apps Similar to Chicago Works 311 - [Tide Laundromat](https://apptail.io/app/tide-laundromat-Uxv/united-states) - [Shovler: Snow Removal OnDemand](https://apptail.io/app/shovler-snow-removal-ondemand-pPZ/united-states) - [CHI311](https://apptail.io/app/chi311-YHAb/united-states) - [Dallas 311](https://apptail.io/app/dallas-311-givc/united-states) - [HeyGov](https://apptail.io/app/heygov-Dhod/united-states) - [San José 311](https://apptail.io/app/san-jose-311-ipJd/united-states) - [Minneapolis 311](https://apptail.io/app/minneapolis-311-yhJf/united-states) - [Alex311](https://apptail.io/app/alex311-vrYi/united-states) - [MyLA 3-1-1](https://apptail.io/app/myla-3-1-1-lvhv/united-states) - [askGTX](https://apptail.io/app/askgtx-rKox/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
