Clean, tidy and pleasant
The dining area is always clean and the staff are polite and courteous.
Can’t take pic of scanner
it was easy to send my daughter and let her take a picture of my scanner so that she can go get us food or when she goes out with her friends I can just upload money and send it to her, but apparently now you can’t take a picture of the scanner and my daughter has to get her own app, but I don’t want her to get her own app if she does that she’ll spend all her money. And I’m going to use the money on the app and stop going
Mobile Ordering
The mobile ordering is super inconvenient because they don’t start your order until you arrive at the restaurant. It basically takes the same amount of time as if I were to order at the restaurant.
Chick-fil-a rocks
I love the fact that your workers are polite with great customer service. Always greeting you with a happy face . Food is always top notch . Very pleased !!
Love Chik-Fil-A. The app, ot so mucb
Like the concept of using geofencing to time the start of my order. Too bad it doesn’t work. Always end up waiting 10+ min for my order. Literally faster to just go in. App constantly pops up asking about settings AFTER it is shutdown and there are no active orders. Deleting due to annoyance. It’s a shame because Chik-Fil-A is the best, but poorly vetted design (real world validation missing) and so-so quality assurance make the app a bummer.
