I love Chicken Express and when I had seen that they offer an app I got excited about the savings that it had in store HOWEVER this is just a copy and paste of the door dash chicken Express page and it saddens me I believe if there was a point system for loyal frequent customers this would a amazing app worth 5 stars because that’s what the food and especially the sweet tea is worth please consider doing this for us chicken express fans who stop by constantly and just want to save money -- Cheap and easy flight finder, 2025-08-11 ### ***** "Favorite fast food" Best food ever -- azzwipe18, 2025-07-08 ### ***** "yum" good food -- pedr060, 2025-07-06 ### *---- "DONT USE APP" They charge more on app. Significantly more. -- SalJr405300, 2025-05-25 ### ***-- "Chicken strip" I was a bit disappointed. I had been wanting to try CE as there is now one fairly close to me. I tried this on a road trip returning from Denver, we stopped in Plainview. I wanted something that was not too heavy as we were driving quite a distance. I asked what was smallest order and was told it was the kids meal of a chicken strip. It was very dry. I don’t care for gravy and would have preferred ranch dip but it was not offered. The French fries were good. Now back at home in San Antonio, I’m looking at the menu and I would have probably chosen a one piece regular fried chicken, which looked good from what I saw others were eating. I forgot to add that I was charged extra for not using cash. I didn’t see this policy posted anywhere in the restaurant. -- lcampfav, 2025-05-19 ### **--- "Order online, must go inside to pickup!" First time I've ever encountered this! Used the app to order. Waited my turn at the drive-thru only to be informed all pickup orders MUST be picked up inside! WTH? There's a reason I ordered it to be picked up. I'm disabled. Food is great, no issue there, but to require online orders be picked up inside is, in my opinion, not only stupid but also a bit discriminatory. Had I been in a wheelchair instead of just hobbling along with my cane, I would have been beyond infuriated since my order required two hands. As it is, the awesome cashier offered to and carried my order to my car for me. So, ordering off the app saves ZERO time compared to ordering inside or at the drive-thru. Lesson learned, app deleted. -- MBInHou, 2025-04-24 ### ***** "Great app, even better chicken!" This app’s slicker than a greased pig at a county fair. I had a whole box of fried chicken and a jug of sweet tea ordered up quicker than you can holler “supper time!” -- spillar54, 2025-04-17 ### *---- "Horrible App" Do NOT use this app!! They up charged each of my meals five dollars and refused to do anything to fix it! They stated this wasn’t their app?!!!? I won’t go back to ChickenExpress -- JennyT$783, 2025-03-27 ### ***** "Great Experience" Great App! Super easy to order and the food comes hot every time. Highly recommend! -- Nolo.1, 2025-03-26 ### ***** "Love it!" I love using the app. It’s super easy to navigate, and the food is always exactly what I want -- BG’sEatz, 2025-03-21 [View all Chicken Express App reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Chicken Express App Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Food Drink | #235 | ## Chicken Express App Discovered Keywords - chekin - prinkle chicken - chicken express app --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
