No email with a link is sent. App will not do anything without that link.

I absolutely LOVE chicken salad chick, I eat there so much. i have never left an app store review but i wish they had better rewards. If $1 is 1 point, you are spending $100 for $5 off, 150$ for a quick chick, and 50$ for a cookie. the only upside is you get some points just for joining.

Why can’t you order kid meals through the app? They are not listed anywhere.

I spent five minutes with your app and came to the conclusion that it was low quality trash developed by a team of retards. Would not trust submitting a payment through this thing. I drove across town and stood in line for 15 minutes. Was way better than this app.

The scanner is horrible, I have to put the entire 20 number code in by hand. I also entered my year rewards pass that I purchased in the store and none of the rewards are showing up each month.

I get multiple error messages when I try to retrieve my password, use google to sign in, or try to create a new account.

There is nowhere to change your card if your old card has expired. This app needs a big update.

The food is amazing, but the fact that I can’t order kids meals or my usual meal through the app makes it useless.

What is the purpose of an app that opens the website? I can just used the website. This is very silly!!
