So many errors. I deleted and redownloaded still still no luck. -- MarjanehG, 2024-10-17 ### *---- "Pointless" This app doesn’t work. -- Krispy827, 2024-08-14 ### *---- "What’s the point??" I don’t know anymore with the app than I did without it. It doesn’t work. Thanks for nothing. -- nicknames irritating also, 2024-03-19 ### *---- "This app is broken and does not work!" This is the app that the state of Illinois recommends you use in order to keep track of your child support modification request. As many other people have reviewed, you can’t log in this app. Every time I input my information, it gives me an error code. It’s really a shame that Illinois would recommend this app especially, after hundreds of people have complained on other online forums. They seem committed to not fixing their app. This is possibly one of the most broken apps I have ever seen. lord knows I can’t say “used” because that would imply that the app is usable. I’m convinced that this app is just for show. The developers know that this app does not work. This app is nothing more than a ploy to make it look like they are doing their jobs, and to justify not hiring people. -- ChiChi2192, 2023-10-23 ### *---- "APP DOES NOT WORK" This app doesn’t work. I already have an account set up but it won’t let me log in and if you request troubleshooting, it’ll direct you to call them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THIS! Smh -- Crave_Ti, 2023-07-26 ### *---- "Horrible" Do not waste your time. You can only log in once. Your pin never works and it makes you register more than once and sooner or later you just can’t log in. -- Tyhreeannia, 2023-02-10 ### *---- "Horrible app - they should be embarrassed" If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to log in to the app one time to see the status. After that, it will not work. I tried deleting and downloading it again like another reviewer mentioned. It turns out there’s no option to login using an existing account. It only allows for creating a new account. Obviously this is not an option if you already created one and you’ll get an error. If you select “troubleshooting” it will just direct you to call IL DHS who will direct you to contact Maximus. With the number of parents either paying or receiving child support, there’s no excuse for not having a functional app. If you would like a one time chance to see which phase of review your case is in, this is the app for you. By the way, the app doesn’t give any information about what the other phases entail, so it is hard to know what to expect based on the information. -- JackieM8777777, 2023-01-22 ### *---- "Like everything with the State, terrible" I registered, set up a pin, logged in once and welp that’s all folks. I’ve tried to log in again using my pin and it’s telling me invalid. Waste of time and space in my phone. Why can’t the state get anything right?!?! -- msjulie773, 2022-11-16 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" App doesn’t tell you any information, it doesn’t allow you to send any messages -- Itsmetoday1, 2022-10-22 ### *---- "Horrible" This app NEVER WORKS! It’s terrible -- KeeKeeD87, 2022-10-11 [View all Child Support Mobile reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Child Support Mobile Discovered Keywords - child support mobile ## Apps Similar to Child Support Mobile - [SupportPay: Split Expenses](https://apptail.io/app/supportpay-split-expenses-qAe/united-states) - [SIU Credit Union Mobile Branch](https://apptail.io/app/siu-credit-union-mobile-branch-QYqb/united-states) - [TouchPay Child Support](https://apptail.io/app/touchpay-child-support-Uvwc/united-states) - [LLCU SmartCard](https://apptail.io/app/llcu-smartcard-cUyc/united-states) - [EZ Texas Child Support](https://apptail.io/app/ez-texas-child-support-kvpd/united-states) - [Read Rite Installation Tool](https://apptail.io/app/read-rite-installation-tool-AROd/united-states) - [CU1 Card Keeper](https://apptail.io/app/cu1-card-keeper-cYgf/united-states) - [ExpertPay®](https://apptail.io/app/expertpay-TVzj/united-states) - [Oxford Auto](https://apptail.io/app/oxford-auto-UVzj/united-states) - [Insurance Navy - Car Insurance](https://apptail.io/app/insurance-navy-car-insurance-cWzj/united-states) ## Child Support Mobile Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/child-support-mobile-CVzj/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/child-support-mobile-CVzj/australia) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/child-support-mobile-CVzj/united-kingdom) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/child-support-mobile-CVzj/saudi-arabia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
