I’ve used this website and now the app for years. It’s a great service for parents and childcarers however the App needs some work. I continually have to install and delete it then reinstall as it crashes after opening more than once. It would also be useful to be able to search for jobs in any location as apposed to only up to 25 miles from your home postcode.

I’m ofsted registered childminder since 2014. Enjoying thoroughly my work with children. I got all jobs from childcare. Basically they are my main provider and I really like this website. I’m very much thankful to this website. I have introduce this website to many providers as well as parents to find the right provider for their children. Once again thank you so much for everything. But, is really bad. 

Been on it for two months had one interest from a family. 

Brought the gold membership. Definitely not worth it as there is no additional advantage of having it, at all. 

Parents leave little to no description of the support they require and tag every role, etc maternity nurse childminder and nanny. 
Which isn’t helpful when searching for particular role. You can want all these roles at once as serve very differently. 

Parents are not vetted properly so there is no security as to whom an employee is applying too. From what I’ve read they feel the same regarding how they feel about employing from the app.

There feels like there is a lack of security around the app, making it not safe. I wouldn’t employe anybody off this app to take care of my kids and feel safe.?

Lastly there are hardly any job and the search option is weak and hard to navigate. I use bubble and will stick it to it. It’s a shame I thought this app would allow me to specialise on my specific role and offer my services easily with plenty of work options. But nothing. 

I hope it can improve and offer more.

You have to pay for membership to contact people, which is fair. It’s not a trustworthy or reliable app for a parent looking for childcare. People are flaky, won’t respond or bother to reply. You will find people with no experience whatsoever ( proof of looking after their nieces or nephews) want to apply for experienced nanny positions. Those who commit to drop at the last minute.. totally unreliable. When I provided the feedback to the developer they just cannot see the issue or accept the reality- very patronising and questioned me if I even paid and was a member - a reflection of the product. DONt WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ont his app.

I firmly stand by my feedback even if you discredit or dismiss my information ( ref to your response). It is an extremely unreliable site and equally disappointing app developer who can’t take feedback. Childcare is an extremely important matter and shouldn’t be left in the hands of unreliable or untrustworthy people. I wouldn’t trust my kids with this site. No further comments.

As a sitter, you really have to pay for a membership to even get a chance because you can’t message people without one. Even with that, I’ve never been booked through this app. 
Although it displays jobs clearly, there isn’t a ton of info on the parent and just doesn’t feel as safe as other apps which vet the parents better to confirm their identities! I also feel like my profile doesn’t really showcase me as a sitter. I much prefer Bubble.

Careful when select the membership. They charge 15 pounds every 15 days automatically. When you select that they don’t give the option to  stop recurring payments. So to stop it, you have to go through FAQs and find how to stop/cancel payments. They assume you will be paying every 2 weeks 15 pounds until you see in your account t they are charging to you like a electric company even if you are not using it. So be careful all.

In order to message any childcare provider you have to purchase the gold membership which is utterly expensive! This UK really needs to do something with the costs of childcare and related services… 25 pounds to be able to message a nanny is robbery!

Finding childcare and such it’s great. But miss so many notifications as it keeps logging out.

This is like tinder for nanny’s/babysitters. You think there are lots of possible options and no one replies. The app works fine but have not been able to find a babysitter or nanny for a whole month. I will be cancelling my membership and deleting this app.
